Labels are paid from a prepaid balance. Here is how to top up and how refunds come back.
- Open Wallet from the app header and choose an amount between $10 and $5,000.
- Pay by card on the secure checkout page. Funds appear in your balance as soon as the payment confirms, usually within seconds.
- Every label debits the balance and shows in the ledger with the order and tracking number. Voided labels credit the same amount back.
- Set a daily spend cap under Wallet settings to protect against mistakes and runaway automation.
Receipts and statements
Each top-up has a card receipt from the payment processor, and the ledger can be exported as CSV for your bookkeeping.
