Questions, answered
- How does the free plan make money?
- Postage. We buy at commercial rates through our carrier partnerships and the plan is funded by a small margin on each label. There is no catch and no label cap on Starter.
- What does a prepaid wallet mean?
- You add funds by card and every label is debited from that balance. Void a label and the refund goes straight back to the wallet. You never get a surprise invoice.
- Can I bring my own carrier account?
- Our launch focus is our negotiated rates. Bring-your-own-account support for UPS and FedEx is on the roadmap for Scale and Reseller plans.
- Which stores can I connect?
- Shopify is first, followed by Etsy, eBay, Amazon, WooCommerce and BigCommerce. CSV import and manual orders work from day one.
- Do you support thermal printers?
- Yes. Labels come as 4x6 PDF, PNG or ZPL at 203 or 300 dpi, so Rollo, Zebra and similar printers work out of the box.
- Is there an API?
- Yes. The Scale plan includes rating, label purchase, tracking, returns and webhooks. Resellers get sub-accounts and markup controls on top.
