Where your labels originate. Verified against USPS so the ZIP+4 is always right.
- Open Addresses from the app header and choose Add address.
- Enter a nickname (for example Garage or Warehouse 1), the contact name, phone, and the street address.
- Save. We verify the address against USPS and store the standardized version with its ZIP+4 so labels never fail address checks.
- Set a default. The default address is pre-selected on every new order; you can switch per order.
Verification said the address could not be found
Double-check the unit or suite number and the ZIP code. New construction can take USPS a few weeks to add. You can still save an unverified address, but carrier rates will be based on the ZIP code only.
